Velleman Group nv strives to deliver an efficient and excellent service, and provides an optimal and fast delivery or choose your own delivery date. It is our goal to handle and ship every order with care.
All orders can be placed via our webshop, by mail or via our digital services (CSV, EDI, API, Velleman App,...).
All normal and regular orders of items in stock and ordered on working days before 14:00 (cut-off time)*, will be processed the same day and presented to our carriers.
Velleman Group nv is also strongly committed to the digitization of customer services and will process digital orders with a higher priority and at no extra cost. For all manual (including e-mail), small orders we will charge an administrative cost for both the processing and handling.
Other costs – Kilometer charge and pallet costs will be no longer charged.
* The cut-off time refers to the latest time at which the order must actually be received by us. Please take into account any processing time on our server.

All prices include taxes.
All orders are immediately processed by our employees and systems and transferred to our warehouse for order picking. If you place two or more separate orders in one day, they will be processed individually and the associated normal delivery costs will apply. In order to keep these costs to a minimum, we request that you consolidate your orders yourself.
If not all products from your order are in stock, the backorders will be delivered automatically and free of charge when the value exceeds 75 euros (Benelux, France, Germany, Poland, Spain & Portugal). Backorders with a lower value will be sent with your next order. You can always choose not to include items in backorder, only items in stock will be delivered.
It is possible to have your order delivered on a specific date in the future.
